Aragon is currently seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager with deep technical knowledge in Java / J2EE or Microsoft .Net and exceptional people leadership skills to join its Beijing, China office. The role will

• Make up a critical component of the firm’s delivery teams
• Serve as a key interface between our clients, our business managers, and our technology experts.
• Be responsible for managing large teams of software engineers in successfully delivering software products for clients, whether developing new enterprise applications, conducting enterprise applications integration, doing web services enablement, or application migration.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of work experience with excellent communication skills.
• Solid background in technologies such as Java/J2EE or Microsoft .Net building complex applications/products.
• A successful track record of managing large teams of engineers and successfully driving enterprise product development projects to completion
• Architectural background and experience in technically diverse environments
• A passion and understanding of the latest engineering practices, processes, and technologies
• BS/MS in computer science preferred
