Aragon is currently seeking Associate Consultant candidates for its San Francisco and New York City offices. Associate Consultants make up a critical component of the firm’s U.S.-side engagement management capabilities. They are full members of the client engagement teams, and have the opportunity to work on several different projects in parallel, giving Associate Consultants exposure to different industries and functions at the same time. They will be involved in every stage of the client engagement, from developing Letters of Proposal (LOPs), to requirements gathering and analysis, to design and construction, to QA and client handoff.

Aragon believes that as an entrepreneurial and quickly growing company, Aragon can provide Associate Consultant with unparalleled levels of responsibility and professional development opportunities that typically are only offered at much more senior levels at other firms. Aragon expects Associate Consultant to conclude the program in 3 years, at which point, the firm sponsors the Associate Consultant’s MBA education, with the expectation that the Associate Consultant will return to the firm as an Engagement Manager.

Requirements:

• Be willing to relocate to the firm’s San Francisco or New York City office
• Demonstrate a history of leadership through curricular and/or extracurricular activities
• Have a strong academic record
• Evidence true drive and ambition
• Demonstrate distinctive oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrate superior problem solving skills
• Have 1 – 2 years experience in a technical or product / project management role for a great web property with history of success and growth, as a top strategy consultant with a demonstrated track record of exceptional performance, or as an IT project manager with a history of delivering on time
• Have excellent professional presence
• Have a keen interest in internet technologies and the ability to think creatively about applying technology to business problems
