Aragon is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Engagement Manager with an interest in leading-edge technologies. As an Engagement Manager at Aragon, you will work directly with senior management at our customers to define winning product strategies, and will work closely with Aragon’s engineering managers to ensure clients’ strategies are properly executed. You will serve as the single point of accountability for the success of each Aragon project in which you are involved.

Requirements:

• 2~5 years experience as a product manager for a great web property with history of success and growth, as a top strategy consultant with a demonstrated track record of exceptional performance, or as an IT project manager with a history of delivering on time.
• An MBA from a top school.
• A full understanding of both project management / product development processes (from business requirements and functional specifications through testing, implementation, and handoff) and the web product development lifecycle.
• Excellent professional presence.
• A keen interest in internet technologies and the ability to think creatively about applying technology to business problems.
