Aragon is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Business Analyst with an interest in leading-edge technologies. As a Business Analyst at Aragon, you will be a critical component of the firm’s China-side client delivery capabilities. You will be full members of client engagement teams, and will have the opportunity to work on several different projects in parallel, giving you exposure to different industries and functions at the same time. You will be involved in every stage of the client engagement, from developing Letters of Proposal (LOPs), to requirements gathering and analysis, to design and construction, to QA and client handoff.

Aragon believes that as an entrepreneurial and quickly growing company, Aragon can provide Business Analysts with unparalleled levels of responsibility and professional development opportunities that typically are only offered at much more senior levels at other firms. Aragon expects Business Analysts to conclude the program in 3 years, at which point, the firm sponsors the Business Analyst’s MBA education, with the expectation that the Business Analyst will return to the firm as an Associate.

Requirements:

• Be willing to relocate to the firm’s Beijing office
• Demonstrate a level of Mandarin language proficiency
